United Care ABA in Colorado is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families. This mission-driven team focuses on delivering compassionate ABA services in a collaborative environment.

You'll join a flexible, growth‑oriented workplace offering after-school, evening, and summer hours, with mentorship from experienced BCBAs and opportunities to advance toward lead roles or BCBA certification.

If you’ve worked as a Youth Aide, DSP, paraprofessional, school aide, camp counselor, daycare worker, teaching assistant, or in any role supporting children or individuals with disabilities, you already have the foundation for success in ABA—your experience with behavior management, communication, and daily support directly translates to the skills needed to thrive as a Behavior Technician.

In Colorado, BTs are required to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and we will provide the training, guidance, and support to help you complete the certification process and build a long‑term career in the ABA field.
