Busy Bees, part of BrightPath Kids, invites you to join as a Lead Teacher in our AZ location. You will work with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAC guidelines and AZ standards.

Responsibilities include creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a warm, safe environment, and partnering with families to plan care. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months in a licensed child care facility,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
