The Learning Experience #437 is seeking an Experienced School Age/Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. Help create a positive learning environment where children learn, play, grow, and thrive, with emphasis on emotional and academic development and the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing childrens’ adventures and achievements through various channels.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
