Job summary

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, monitor developmental progress, and maintain a clean, organized classroom in compliance with childcare regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience with school-age children in childcare/education.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate programming.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to pass background checks per Pennsylvania regulations.
• Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
