Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a highly organized Manager of School-Age Programs within the QUALITYstarsNY initiative. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will help define, plan, and launch the rollout of our quality rating and improvement model for SACC-licensed programs across New York State.

This newly created leadership role emphasizes strategic planning, external relations, and program recruitment, with onsite support and phased integration

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with central office staff and external partners to define and plan phased integration of SACC-licensed programs into QUALITYstarsNY.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Facilitate input gathering, strategic planning, project management, and other needs related to launching support for SACC-licensed QSNY programs.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Data and Ratings team to ensure a smooth rating process for QSNY SACC standards and platform functionality.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Plan and facilitate the testing phase of QSNY’s continuous quality improvement model with school-age programs.
