Job summary

TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics in Fargo, ND is seeking coaches to lead School-Age Ninja and Gymnastics programs for children, emphasizing safe progression and confidence in movement.

You will design engaging lesson plans, track attendance and skills, and maintain a positive, energetic class atmosphere while adhering to safety rules and certifications. This role offers afternoon/evening hours during the school year.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for building relationships and positively influencing youth through movement.
• Experience coaching ninja, gymnastics, parkour, obstacle course racing, martial arts, rock climbing, cheerleading or similar programs preferred.
• Experience working with children as coach, childcare worker, camp counselor, preschool teacher, para educator, or elementary teacher preferred.
• Attending or graduated from university in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Coaching, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Elementary Education, Health Education, Nursing, or Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unlocking potential by teaching curriculum content and progressions.
• Create a fun, positive, and energetic class environment.
• Teach safe progressions while helping athletes build strength and confidence.
• Complete attendance, skill tracking, and evaluations.
• Maintain gym safety rules and supervise class activities.
