Job summary

TNT Kid's Fitness in Fargo, ND is looking for coaches to create age-appropriate movement experiences that build confidence and skills. Focus areas include School-Age Ninja, Gymnastics, Preschool, and Baby & Toddler Gymnastics; you’ll lead lively, safe classes and progress athletes through fun circuits.

Candidates should love working with children, value relationship-building, and be willing to obtain USA Gymnastics certifications within the first months.

Qualifications

• Passion for building relationships and positively influencing youth through movement.
• Experience coaching ninja, gymnastics, or athletic programs preferred.
• Ability to teach age-appropriate activities and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Unlocking Potential while teaching the curriculum content.
• Creating an exciting, positive, and energetic class environment.
• Teaching safe progressions while helping athletes build strength, confidence, and new skills.
• Completing administrative tasks such as attendance, skill tracking, and evaluations.
• Keeping customers safe by enforcing gym safety rules.
• Completing nightly cleaning duties and gym reset tasks.
• Staying current with upcoming TNT events.
• Maintaining required certifications pertinent to the position.
