Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an after-school staff member at Mettawee Community School in West Pawlet, VT. The role runs 2:25 to 5:30 PM on school days through the 2026–2027 school year, offering a $16.00–$17.50 per hour pay rate and biweekly pay.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming space, helping kids form friendships through games and activities, and providing a positive afternoon influence for students.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with school age children.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a structured school setting.
