St. Paul Midway YMCA is seeking a Lead Program Staff to guide School Age Care at a St. Paul site. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30AM–9:15AM and 2:00–6:00PM, with no evenings or weekends. Salary is $17.50/hr, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

In this role, you’ll lead engaging activities for kids in grades K–5—arts & crafts, gym games, STEM projects, service learning, and field trips—while supporting staff and creating a fun, positive environment.
The salary for this position is at $17.50 hourly. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.
1. Job Summary:
The School Age Child Care Program Staff Lead is responsible for assisting with planning, leading, and evaluating group experiences. This position will operate at a specific school age site. The incumbent will provide quality recreational experiences for children that focus on the YMCA core values of caring, equity, honesty, respect and responsibility.
