The University of New Hampshire is seeking a Program Coordinator to develop, deliver, and evaluate McNair Scholars programs, aligning services with TRIO requirements. The role emphasizes advising, program administration, and event coordination to enhance student success and graduate readiness.

Responsibilities include planning workshops, recruiting Scholars, and managing travel and logistics while coordinating with campus partners to maximize impact and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's in higher ed or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and assessing student success programs.
• Background in teaching, coaching, or advising college or advanced high school students; knowledge of student development.
• Experience supporting first-generation and/or high-need student populations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student success systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and assess programming aligned with McNair goals and TRIO requirements.
• Plan and deliver workshops and enrichment activities for research and graduate readiness.
• Support logistics and daily operations of the Summer Research Fellowship.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align services and reduce duplication.
• Draft and distribute program communications (emails, newsletters, event materials).
• Recruit, select, and onboard McNair Scholars.
• Provide individualized advising for academic, personal, and professional success.
• Develop action plans for research progress and graduate prep.
• Coordinate logistics for events and student travel.
