  • Lead the daily alignment of production schedules with Operations, ensuring that near-term schedules are realistic, executable, and understood by the responsible production teams.
  • Facilitate a disciplined daily schedule review with Planning and Operations.

  • Work with the production team to ensure the schedule is executed and to identify opportunities to improve output and efficiency while meeting customer needs.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, production-plan attainment, OTIF, lead times, order confirmations, schedule changes, and other agreed scheduling KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of material and product knowledge.
  • Incorporate the company vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors.
  • Contribute to and implement systems/process solutions to reduce inventory levels, work order transactions, and improve planning efficiency
