Carter Lumber Truss team in Lexington, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling and Administrative Support specialist to coordinate and confirm deliveries.

You will work closely with the sales team, builders, production and dispatch to align capacity, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure every customer’s needs are met.

This on-site role requires strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills and offers opportunities for growth within a values-driven, family-owned company.

You will assist with coordinating and confirming deliveries while working closely with sales, builders, production, and dispatch. Description

In this role, you will provide scheduling and administrative support to the Truss Division. You will work with the sales team, builders, production, and dispatch to coordinate and confirm deliveries based on capacity. You will communicate with all teams involved to help resolve scheduling issues and ensure customer needs are met.
