Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a conscientious Nursing Scheduler/Assistant for a SNF setting in North Carolina. You will maintain nursing staff schedules, ensure resident comfort, and provide emotional and social support under supervision. Duties align with each resident’s care plan and facility policies.

Ideal candidates are licensed CNAs with scheduling familiarity, good English communication, and the ability to work as part of a caring, team-oriented unit. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a Nursing Assistant with current state certification.
• Able to communicate in English and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community nursing staff schedules accurately.
• Provide a safe environment and attend residents' physical needs.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures.
