Caring Senior Service of Galesburg is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to join our growing team in Galesburg, IL. This full-time role offers $36,000 annually with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

You will coordinate care, support caregivers, and ensure exceptional service for clients and families, including onboarding new clients and managing caregiver schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
• Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers.
• Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility.
• Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits as appropriate.
• Assist with maintaining accurate client and caregiver documentation.
• Work closely with the office leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Provide leadership and support to caregivers and team members.
