Tenet Healthcare’s Conifer Health is seeking a Scheduling Specialist at Walker Medical Center in Alabama. The role handles scheduling complex diagnostic and surgical procedures, interviews physicians and patients, and explains hospital guidelines.
Shift: Monday–Friday 8:15 AM–4:45 PM, with coordination across departments for schedule changes. You will enter accurate clinical, demographic and financial data, provide prep instructions, and handle calls per scripting while ensuring timely

Responsible for accurately scheduling complex diagnostic and/or surgical procedures. Conducts physician office/patient interviews, and explains hospital procedure guidelines and policies. Coordinates with clinical departments on schedule modifications.
