Job summary

Sprenger Health Care of Bluffton is seeking a qualified individual to support nursing staff scheduling and registry maintenance at our Bluffton, SC facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and professional communication while collaborating with the supervisory team.

The candidate must have a SC State tested nursing assistant certification and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong computer and office skills.

Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in a related field, proficient computer skills, working knowledge of general office machines, excellent grammar and punctuation skills, excellent customer service skills, must demonstrate independent initiative, well organized individual, flexibility with schedule, team player, honest, dependable, trust-worthy, and excellent communication skills. SC State tested nursing assistant certification required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete schedule for nursing staff.
• Responsible for daily schedule positing and updates/revisions as needed.
• Communicate all employment changes with supervisor and assist with hiring process.
• Maintains and updates Nurse Aide Registry information.
• Responsible for ordering Nursing supplies and inventory of the supply room.
