Sprenger Health Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage nursing staff schedules and postings in a Grace Management Service facility. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication with supervisors and staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with office equipment, and a commitment to reliable, organized work. Competitive wage and benefits are offered including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years experience in a related field.
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of general office machines.
• Excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate independent initiative, well organized, flexible with schedule, team player, honest and dependable.
• State tested nursing assistant preferred.

• Communicate employment changes with supervisor and assist with hiring process.
• Maintain Nurse Aide Registry information and updates.
• Support scheduling across shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
