Job summary

Rehlko, located in Sheboygan, WI, seeks a Materials Scheduler to create and execute supply chain strategies for purchased components across multiple production locations in North America. This hybrid role requires three days onsite at our Sheboygan, WI location.

You will work with master scheduling, production scheduling, SIOP, and freight partners to support near- and long-term production needs, while driving cross-functional meetings and analyzing performance data to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or APICS Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Previous Purchasing Or Materials Management Experience Preferred.
• Familiarity with how MRP systems are used for production planning and inventory control.
• SAP ERP System Experience Preferred.

The Materials Scheduler will create and execute supply chain strategies for purchased components that support multiple production locations in North America. There are frequent discussions with external partners on forecast changes, on-time delivery performance, coordinating schedule changes for purchased material that supports manufacturing needs. This hybrid role will work from our Sheboygan, WI location, three days per week onsite.

Manage the tactical strategy elements of the procurement function which include the following:

• Continuously evaluate the performance of supply strategies and adjust to meet the needs of the business.
• Work with master scheduling, production scheduling, SIOP, freight shipping partners, and plant operations to support planned production rates in the near and long term.
• Drive cross-functional meetings, analyze performance data/trends, support special projects, and perform other duties that drive key results.

Reports to Supervisor - Procurement

Organization Relationships: Has frequent contact with personnel in finance, accounts payable, materials, receiving, logistics, master scheduling, SIOP, purchasing, supplier quality and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or APICS Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous Purchasing Or Materials Management Experience Preferred.
• Familiarity with how MRP systems are used for production planning and inventory control.
• SAP ERP System Experience Preferred.

The Hourly range for this position is $25.55-$31.95. The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
