Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a Scheduler to coordinate quality care and customer service for clients at home. The Scheduler assigns staff to clients, schedules services, identifies issues, and aids in solving problems to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires experience with high-volume scheduling and delivering excellent service. We value a compassionate, organized, and proactive problem-solver who ensures safe, respectful home care and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in community service, client service, or scheduling preferred.
• Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling, identifies problem situations, and implements proactive solutions.
• Ensures proper documentation of records and adherence to the plan of care.
• Provides support for branch operations (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance).
• Conducts periodic home visits and safety checks to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Coordinates scheduling, identifies problem situations, and implements proactive solutions
• Ensures proper documentation of records-keeping along with adherence to agreed plan of care
• Provide support for key branch operation functions (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance)
• Conducts periodic home visits and safety checks as assigned to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
