Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets in Wyoming is seeking a dependable team member to support the scanning department and cashier operations. You will train and supervise scanning staff, ensure UPC accuracy, maintain price files, and assist guests with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience is required.
• Supervisor skills are preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with UPC scanning and price verification.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent customer relations through friendly, courteous behavior.
• Promote morale within the department and store with professional communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales.
• Comply with company policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate with Store Leader for training of scanning staff.
• Test, verify, and scan UPC items; perform price verification regularly.
