Job summary

MAC.BID in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Scan Team Lead to supervise a team of associates who prepare items for online auctions. This full-time, on-site role reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on leadership, accuracy in listing, and ensuring training and productivity.

You will oversee scanning, photo prep, data entry, forklift certification as needed, and coordination with the supervisory team. Strong communication with the GM and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• On-site work required; shifts may vary Mon-Sat.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online and crop photos for listings.
• Correct listings for accuracy in proprietary software.
• Lift and move items to organize per racking system.
• Provide training to team members and ensure productivity.
• Escalate issues to the GM and coordinate with supervisors.
