Titan Security in Coshocton, Ohio is hiring Scalehouse Operators & Document Processors to manage weighing of vehicles, maintain accurate records and assist customers in a manufacturing setting.

You will enter data, verify documents, handle payments where applicable, and help ensure compliance with safety regulations. A valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to pass background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weighing vehicles: ensure proper weighing on entry/exit and record weights.
• Data entry and record keeping: input weights and vehicle information; generate reports.
• Customer service: greet drivers and assist with paperwork; answer questions.
• Ensuring compliance: verify weights meet standards; ensure correct permits.
• Operating scale software: monitor scale system; troubleshoot issues and report problems.
• Monitoring facility access: control entry; verify identification and load information.
• Safety and maintenance: keep a safe workspace; maintain scale equipment.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare weighbridge reports; file weigh tickets.
