Job summary

WM is looking for a Facility Attendant to be the first point of contact for customers depositing waste. You will greet customers, verify loads, calculate payments, and ensure safety protocols are followed at the WM facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and data entry skills, and a commitment to PPE and safety rules. This is a full-time position with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Ability to perform basic payment calculations and data entry.
• Commitment to safety rules and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, directs traffic, and answers questions accurately.
• Calculates payments for customers depositing waste.
• Ensures incoming loads are safe and free of inappropriate material.
• Maintains scale house and completes required reports.
• Performs data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned.
• Works overtime as needed and participates in training.
