Databricks is hiring a Scaled Engagement Manager to drive day-to-day execution of the Meetings at Events program. You will own meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation, coordinating with a global team and operations contractors.
In this role you’ll manage RainFocus/Jifflenow tooling, on-site event support, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, and SGTM to optimize workflows and drive ROI reporting. Travel is required for events.
As a Scaled Engagement Manager at Databricks, you will be the operational engine of our high-growth Meetings at Events program. You will report to the Senior Director of Executive Engagement within the Sales Go-to-Market (SGTM) organization, and work alongside the Meetings Program Lead, who sets the overall strategy and executive motion. You'll own day-to-day execution across first- and third-party events, including meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation.

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $168,590 — $231,897.50 USD
Zone 2 Pay Range
$151,800 — $208,725 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range
$143,290 — $197,110 USD
Zone 4 Pay Range
$134,895 — $185,437.50 USD
