Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory and yard management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills for cost optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive carrier/vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience accessing and navigating databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound trucks using the WinScale system.
• Keep warehouse and trailer levels on track by directing shuttle drivers.
• Record weigh receipts for shipments and recycling fiber loads.
• Monitor inventory levels in the Woodyard and Recovered Fiber areas.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance every day.
