GreenWaste is seeking a Scale House Attendant for our San Jose, CA facility to support inbound and outbound transactions, classify materials, and ensure accurate data entry.

You will interact with customers, quote costs, and process payments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attendance and teamwork across shifts. This outdoor role may involve varying weather conditions and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to perform data entry and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information, quotes, and payments.
• Classify materials and review waste loads.
• Collaborate with team, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records.
• Manage traffic and guide customers for safe offloading.
• Be punctual and willing to cross-train at other sites.
