Job summary

You will design and implement scalable software using Scala, ZIO, and related technologies, collaborate with teammates, write reliable code, and contribute to automated tests. Up to $200k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional Scala development experience.
• Experience with Scala frameworks such as ZIO and Cats.
• Familiarity with distributed computing and message queuing.
• Strong understanding of functional programming and software design.
• Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software systems using Scala and ZIO.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software systems using Scala and related technologies such ZIO.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of code
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code standards and ensure high-quality work
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and make recommendations for future development efforts

Requirements
