Job summary

Worksteer-LLC is hiring for a Scaffolding Construction Worker / Construction Laborer. The role offers full-time, Monday–Friday hours with $18.00 per hour and daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities include building, dismantling, and moving scaffolding, loading materials, and assisting skilled workers on-site. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction or related physical labor, be able to work outdoors in varying weather, and maintain safety and

Scaffolding Construction Worker / Construction Laborer

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers / Scaffolding Workers to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with the building, dismantling, moving, and handling of scaffolding

Load and unload construction materials

Move equipment and materials around the job site

Assist skilled workers and crew leads as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all job-site and safety requirements

Perform other general construction labor duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous construction, scaffolding, general labor, or other physical labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift/move heavy materials

Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Ability to work at heights when required

Reliable transportation to and from work

Dependable, hardworking, and able to show up on time

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Schedule & Pay

$18.00 per hour
