We seek a skilled scaffolder for erection, conversion and dismantling of scaffolding, with teamwork, responsibility, and safety as core values. A Class B driving licence is advantageous; we offer a performance-based salary, 30 days holiday, a company pension, and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a scaffolder (m/f/d) or several years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, physical resilience.

Job description

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.

Responsibilities

• Erection, conversion and dismantling of simple working and protective scaffolding through to technically sophisticated scaffolding constructions
• Loading and unloading vehicles on the construction site
• Care and maintenance of the material

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a scaffolder (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities
• Ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, physical resilience
• Class B driving licence (an advantage)
• Daily allowance of € 14 per day for construction site assignments
• Above‑tariff expenses for assembly work – €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full‑day absence
