Job summary

BrandSafway on-site leadperson sought to direct field personnel, ensure all work is safe, within scope, on time, and within budget. You’ll serve as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, and overall hazardous condition awareness.

The ideal candidate has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, logistics, and effective pre-job planning; five years in the related field and three years assisting the Foreperson with supervision in a crew leader capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related field experience.
• Minimum three years assisting Foreperson with crew supervision.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics.
• Leads safety, QA/QC, and job safety analysis on site.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, per scope, on time and within budget.
• Act as front line contact for safety, quality and hazardous conditions awareness.
• Coordinate with Foreperson and crew on daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety rules.

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills:

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
