Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a leadperson to direct field personnel in industrial services conducted at our Orange, Texas site. The role ensures work is performed safely, per the scope of work, on schedule and within budget, while coordinating pre-job planning and logistics.

The leadperson will act as the safety and QA/QC focal point on the job, support foreperson, and mentor crew members, with a strong emphasis on hazard awareness and compliance. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in related field.
• Three years assisting Foreperson with supervision of craft personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the direction of field personnel to ensure safety, scope adherence, on-time completion and budget compliance.
• Serve as front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazard awareness.

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills:

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget

• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning

• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field

• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity

• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
