BrandSafway in Sweeny, TX seeks an experienced Scaffold Leadman to head crew operations for safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold systems on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Scaffold Builder Leadman or Lead Scaffold Builder in industrial construction or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold systems, erection methods, load capacities, and OSHA scaffold regulations.
• Ability to read scaffold drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating daily work activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and maintaining project schedules.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

In this role, you'll lead a crew in the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems for industrial construction and maintenance projects.
