We’re looking for safety-focused, motivated leaders ready to supervise crews, oversee job sites, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure Safety First: Maintain proper safety gear & procedures at all times—OSHA 30 training is a plus!
• Hands-On Work: Perform insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Use Field Coating Inspection Equipment to ensure high-quality work.
• Problem-Solve on the Spot: Identify and address challenges quickly to keep projects running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table: Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.
• Experience in surface preparation, industrial painting, and/or coatings.
• Ability to lead a crew and oversee job site operations.
