Position Overview:

As a Scaffold & Insulation Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting industrial projects through hands‑on insulation work, preventive maintenance, coatings inspection, and job‑site leadership.

You’ll help maintain safe work practices, identify and solve challenges in the field, and ensure work is performed with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Ensure Safety First:

• Maintain proper safety gear and procedures at all times.
• Support a safe and productive job‑site environment.
• OSHA 30 training is a plus.

Hands‑On Work:

• Perform insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Work with insulation materials and support related job‑site activities.
• Assist with industrial painting, surface preparation, and coatings.

Quality & Inspection:

• Use field coating inspection equipment to help ensure high‑quality work.
• Maintain quality standards throughout project activities.

Leadership & Problem‑Solving:

• Lead a crew and oversee job‑site operations.
• Identify and address challenges quickly to keep projects running smoothly.
• Use strong communication and decision‑making skills to support successful project execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bilingual English & Spanish – Required.
