Associated Scaffolding seeks a dedicated scaffold erector to assemble and disassemble scaffold systems safely and efficiently. You will mobilize equipment, erect and dismantle components, and support job sites across diverse projects in Richmond, VA.

You must be at least 18, physically able to lift 70 lbs, climb heights, and communicate in English; a valid driver's license is preferred. All candidates undergo drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs.
• Able to climb and work at heights greater than 30 feet above ground level.
• One year of experience in scaffolding construction is preferred.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Mobilize equipment from different work areas to assist with scaffold erection.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding components safely and in an orderly manner per OSHA and company standards.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the lead scaffold erector or manager.
• Safety is paramount; employees are expected to be mindful of themselves and co-workers on site.
