Job summary

Yates Construction Co. is seeking a Scaffold Helper in Alabama to assist Scaffold Builders in the assembly and dismantling of scaffold structures. This position requires at least 36 months of heavy industrial-related scaffold experience. Responsibilities include erecting scaffolding, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining scaffold materials. The ideal candidate should be able to operate hand and power tools and have the ability to interpret instructions. A commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• 36+ months of scaffold experience at Level IV.
• Certification or experience at Levels III and II also considered.
• One year of industrial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.
• Inspect and sort scaffolding as needed.
• Load and unload scaffold components.
