Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Foreman to supervise and coordinate scaffold construction activities on job sites. You will lead Foreman 1 and Lead Carpenters, ensuring safe erection and dismantling of scaffolds while adhering to OSHA requirements and project schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Scaffold E&D roles, a valid driver’s license, and strong project-management skills. The role is on-site with potential height-related and safety responsibilities across North America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years combined experience in Scaffold E&D roles or approved equivalent.
• Trade school preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA rules and scaffolding knowledge essential.
• Ability to manage projects and lead teams on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew and direct up to 3 Foreman 1 and lead carpenters.
• Erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding with safety and efficiency.
• Serve as Competent Person on site as required by OSHA.
• Ensure scaffold loads do not exceed rated capacities; enforce on-site safety.
• Maintain communication with customers and manage project timelines.
