This role involves assisting in the management of scaffolding materials and mentoring less experienced coworkers. Candidates should have some experience in the field, ideally as a Scaffold E/D Helper 2, and the ability to work at heights. Qualifications

• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Scaffold E/D Helper 2 for a minimum of 1 year or approved equivalent experience.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stacking and counting scaffolding materials.
• Act as a mentor and coach to E/D Helpers 1 and 2.
