Job description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Scaffold Builders, Carpenters, and Helpers located in the Greater Corpus Christi Area. Team members will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems, ensuring structures are safe, stable, and compliant with site requirements. Carpenters will measure, cut, and install wooden and other structural materials, while Helpers will support material handling, tool setup, and site clean-up. All personnel will follow safety procedures, participate in pre-job briefings, inspect equipment, and maintain clear communication with supervisors and crew members. The role involves working in industrial and construction environments, often at height and in varying weather conditions, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely at height with proper use of fall protection and related equipment
• Experience working in confined spaces in compliance with site and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling practices
• Relevant safety certifications such as CSCS or equivalent, and documented fall protection training
• Strong awareness of OSHA or applicable safety regulations and safe work practices
• Physical ability to lift materials, climb, stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Corpus Christi Area and willingness to work flexible hours
• Prior experience in industrial construction or scaffolding is preferred but not required
• Commitment to teamwork, clear communication, and following instructions and safety procedures
