Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company seeks a SCADA Manager to lead strategic SCADA operations across field assets. The role emphasizes architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, and regulatory alignment with PHMSA standards, while ensuring cybersecurity and reliability.

You will supervise SCADA engineers and technicians, coordinate with IT, Engineering, and Operations, and manage 24/7 coverage, incident investigations, and system governance. Strong leadership and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years oil/gas pipeline control experience or closely related field.
• Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing SCADA team.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with PHMSA, API, and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SCADA architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management across field ops.
• Develop and enforce SCADA standards, policies, and best practices for data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Direct design and optimization of control logic for pipeline, pump, and compressor ops with safety and efficiency focus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness with Compliance and Control Center partnerships.
• Lead vendor engagements and system integrations for SCADA platforms and related tech.
• Oversee after-hours support and 24/7 operational coverage for SCADA.
• Own documentation lifecycle including change tracking, audit trails, and compliance records.
