Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company is seeking a SCADA Support Manager to lead the Real Time SCADA Applications and Site Support Services teams across our operations. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for real-time SCADA and HMI systems, historian platforms, field automation, and 24/7 OT helpdesk operations.

The role ensures high availability of control systems, guides geographically distributed teams, and manages vendor relationships while maintaining strong alignment with IT

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SCADA/OT environments.
• 3–5 years leading 24x7 technical teams.
• Strong real-time SCADA, historian, PLC/RTU experience.
• Experience with distributed field operations.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SCADA application specialists and automation teams.
• Oversee SCADA administration, HMI design standards, and uptime.
• Manage historian platforms, tag governance, and data integrity.
• Direct field automation lifecycle management and site support.
• Coordinate field communications, vendor relationships, and projects.
• Oversee 24/7 OT helpdesk, incident management, and runbooks.
• Develop KPIs for SCADA uptime and incident response.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance and cybersecurity standards.
