Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Systems Analyst II/IV (SCADA & OT Data Engineering) in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on OT data collection, movement, transformation, and analysis across field devices to enterprise reporting platforms.

Ideal candidates have OT/SCADA experience, knowledge of industrial protocols, and expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). This contract-to-hire position offers growth opportunities in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT data environments and SCADA platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, Kepware.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• SQL development and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Support OT data environments connecting field devices to analytics platforms.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot data pipelines moving information to cloud environments.
• Work with SCADA platforms, historians, protocols, and data integration technologies.
• Develop and support SQL queries, Python scripts, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and analytics teams to ensure reliable data movement.
• Support cloud-based data architecture and analytics initiatives using Azure, AWS, Databricks, or similar.
• Participate in data modeling, reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics projects.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues from field instrumentation through reporting platforms.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions to support operational excellence.
