Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking an Instrumentation Automation SCADA Specialist to support water and wastewater facilities across the Southeast Region of North America. You will work with the regional OT team to understand project needs and provide secure, reliable SCADA and PLC solutions.

The role requires hands-on design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems across Inductive Automation, Rockwell, Aveva Wonderware, and Allen-Bradley PLCs, with travel up to 50% and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs and control panels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Southeast Region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to projects throughout the region.
• Configure, commission, and maintain Control Panels, PLCs, and SCADA Systems.
• Support the installation of Control Panels, PLCs, SCADA servers, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot process control issues and SCADA communications.
• Remotely monitor assets and identify maintenance needs or service degradation.
• Collaborate with facility managers to identify technology needs and improve control systems.
