Job summary

Divcon Controls, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a SCADA Front-End Engineer to craft Ignition Perspective interfaces for mission-critical data center applications. You will design graphics, 3D floorplans, and intuitive dashboards that render complex data actionable.

You’ll collaborate with back-end teams to ensure seamless data presentation and scalable visual components across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Design and develop Ignition Perspective front-end projects with intuitive navigation and responsive layouts.
• Create dynamic 3D floorplans, SVG graphics, and interactive visualizations.
• Develop comprehensive view templates and reusable visual components for Perspective projects and Edge HMIs.
• Build scalable graphics libraries for alarming visualization, trend displays, and real-time data.
• Design and implement user role-based interfaces with permission levels and dashboard customization.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Develop custom CSS styling and interactive elements to enhance user experience.

About the role:

This role focuses on creating intuitive, dynamic user interfaces and visualizations for Ignition SCADA systems in mission critical data center applications. As a SCADA Front-End Engineer, you will specialize in graphics development, screen creation, 3D floorplans, and user experience design for BMS and EPMS systems. Under the direction of a senior and lead engineer, you will design compelling visual interfaces that make complex data accessible and actionable.

• Create scalable graphics templates, custom components, and interactive visualizations according to design standards.
