We are seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer at NovaSource Power Services. We are an independent Solar Operations and Maintenance provider currently servicing more than 30 GW of solar assets worldwide. NovaSource Power Services strives to be the number one O&M provider within its key target markets, and have 30% of its revenue from value-added services, of which engineering will play a key role. This role will report to the Senior SCADA Manager and will be responsible for providing SCADA Engineering expertise to the global fleet.
Currently, the engineering team provides three main functions for the business:
The SCADA Engineer will work in a hybrid environment with access to all necessary software and tools provided by the company. The SCADA Engineer will have frequent communication with other team members and vendors/subcontractors through email, chat, in‑person meetings, and phone calls. The office is open five days a week and employees are expected to come in a minimum of 3 days with the remaining two being remote.

Opportunity to travel locally and internationally up to 20% of their time to conduct installations, commissioning, and attend team meetings.
