Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• QuickBooks or similar accounting software exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project-level financial models for deal underwriting.
• Adjust models as deal terms and commercial structures evolve.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations on capital project economics and commercial structuring.
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Analyze business performance and historical project economics.
• Assist with budgeting, board presentations and monthly financial reviews.
• Support debt/equity initiatives, sources & uses and investor materials.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to senior leadership.

Financial Analyst | Energy Infrastructure

Houston or Midland, TX | Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000-120,000

A fast-growing energy infrastructure company operating across the Permian Basin is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with direct exposure to senior finance and commercial leadership. The position will serve as a key resource for financial modeling, deal underwriting, project economics, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This position will require travel to Midland multiple times per month.

Job Duties
