Sodexo at MEDCOM-US MILITARY ACADEMY in New York is seeking a SCA Desk Clerk. You will warmly welcome guests, manage room assignments, and assist with inquiries about services, dining, and directions.

The role requires 0-2 years of related experience, teamwork, adaptability, and reliability. Shifts vary with days and hours, with open availability encouraged; on-site location at the academy, full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

What You'll Do

As a SCA Desk Clerk at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to customer service brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include

• Register and assign rooms for guests of hotel, motel, or other lodging facility
• Answer inquiries pertaining to establishment services, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions; keep records of room availability and guests' accounts; compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
