Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Sam's Club field sales team focused on Clover point-of-sale solutions for restaurants. This hunter role requires face-to-face engagement, lead generation, and hands-on Clover installations with post-sale training.

Travel within the Asheville area is required, and candidates should have a high school diploma with 2+ years in quota-driven sales. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• 2 years of experience generating leads independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage business owners and restauranteurs within Sam's Club region.
• Schedule in-person appointments to demonstrate Clover POS solutions.
• Educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Install Clover systems and provide hands-on training at client sites.
• Travel within Asheville area and build relationships to drive revenue.

About The Role

Join our Sam's Club field sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming the restaurant industry with our award-winning Clover point-of-sale solutions.

What You’ll Do

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
• Proactively engage with business owners & restauranteurs within Sam's Club , initiating face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client’s restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by levering deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
• Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands‑on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

This role requires travel within the Asheville area, collaborating with Sam's Club Locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.

Experience That You Will Need To Have

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Proficient technical skills
