Responsibilities

Managing family law cases from intake through resolution.
Drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Preparing and organizing financial declarations and supporting documentation.
Assisting with discovery requests and responses.
Maintaining case calendars, deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
Communicating professionally with clients during sensitive matters.
Coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
Organizing exhibits and assisting attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
