Version 1 is seeking a Test Analyst to join our QA team. You will analyze requirements, validate test coverage, define and run test strategies, and support continuous improvement across development sprints.

You will ensure traceability, perform automated testing, and collaborate with scrum teams to deliver high-quality software on tight deadlines. A 2–3 year background in software testing and active SC clearance are required.

Job Description

• Requirements analysis and validation

Qualifications

• Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• You must hold active SC Clearance

Desirable Requirements/Skills

• Experience of testing ERP software, particularly, Oracle E-Business Suite.
